Yes, it is 100% your decision where you decide to get your materials from. One caveat is that some contractors have preferred vendors or will only use certain vendors so it may depend on who you chose to hire as your contractor. I am happy to provide you with vendors/resources and go shopping with you, but if you have a preferred vendor I am more than happy that you use them.

Yes. I am very familiar that each community has its own set of rules and procedures. I will submit all necessary paperwork and relay rules to contractor who is ultimately responsible for making sure their crew follows these rules.
