  • Scheduling: Everything from helping you find/chose the right contractor and all the steps in-between to the completion of the project. 
  • Planning: Don’t know where to start?! Don’t worry. Kelley will help you find the vision for your home and layout all the steps.
  • Private appointments for materials: Kelley will schedule and go with you to help guide you through the material selection process.
    • Appliances, Cabinets, Carpentry (baseboards, crown molding, doors, trim, etc.), Countertops, Custom Closets, Lighting,
    • Paint, Plumbing Fixtures, Tile, Windows, Window Coverings, and more
    • Communicate material selections to Contractor 
  • Consistent updates: detailed documents with information on scope of work, materials selected, and payment/receipts. Pictures of suggested materials and progress of remodel. 
  • Project Liaison: Communicate and give updates from Contractor, Meet with contractor and subcontractors throughout the remodel, Coordination with home owners association if necessary.
  • Routine check-ins/updates with pictures on remodel progress 
  • Other Services: Furniture selection, home decor
